The Opportunity
Blue BearX is hiring a leading graphic designer. This is the person who shapes how we and our clients look to the world, across every surface: social, advertising, branding, web, and app. We work with bold global brands across SaaS, blockchain, fashion, real estate, and more, and we need a designer who can hold a consistent, high-end visual standard across all of it while still pushing creative boundaries.
This is a core position with real ownership and a clear path to a creative leadership role. You'll set the visual bar for the whole studio.
What You'll Do
Build and evolve full brand identity systems for clients: logos, color, typography, iconography, and the guidelines that hold them together
Own Blue BearX's own brand and keep it sharp across everything we put out
Design social media content and campaigns that look native to each platform and still feel premium
Create advertising creatives for paid campaigns, built to perform, not just to look good
Design UI for websites and mobile apps: full screens, design systems, components, and prototypes ready for developer handoff
Produce marketing and sales collateral, pitch decks, presentations, and brand documents
Prepare print and digital assets for any project that needs them, from packaging to event graphics
Work across many client projects at once without letting quality or consistency slip. We expect both volume and excellence.
Collaborate closely with our video, motion, and content teams so design carries through every format
Keep daily momentum going with clear communication inside our global creative team
What You Bring
Mastery of graphic design and visual systems. This is the core of the role. You think in brand, hierarchy, and detail, not just in layouts.
6+ years of professional design experience (no exceptions, and the portfolio must back it up)
Strong branding and identity experience, with systems you've built from scratch and shipped
UI design skill for both web and mobile, including design systems, responsive layouts, and developer-ready handoff
A sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and composition
The ability to switch between client brand voices while keeping the work high-end
Professional English fluency (non-negotiable)
Software (the more of these you know, the better)
Core: Figma for UI, web, and app design, plus Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for everything else.
Bonus: Adobe XD, Sketch, Affinity suite, Webflow or Framer for web design and handoff, After Effects for animated social and ad creatives, Canva for fast client-side templates, Adobe Express, Lottie for web and app animation, and prototyping tools for clickable app flows. If you've truly mastered a professional design tool that gets the job done, bring it. We care about the result.

Portfolio Requirements
Your portfolio should show full brand identity systems, social and advertising creative, UI design for both web and app (with at least one full project shown end to end), and a range of work across different brands or industries. Motion or AI-enhanced work is a welcome plus.
