About the Role

At Bitpin, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a key product area and drive complex initiatives from problem discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

This role is for someone comfortable with ambiguity, who can make sound decisions independently and align Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, Business, and other stakeholders around a clear product direction, in an environment where product decisions can have meaningful customer, financial, operational, and regulatory impact.


What You'll Do

  • Own the product end-to-end, from problem discovery and opportunity assessment through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals, and identify high-impact opportunities by combining data, user research, market insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Make prioritization and trade-off decisions by balancing customer value, business impact, technical complexity, risk, and time to market.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design throughout discovery and delivery to ship scalable, reliable, and high-quality products.
  • Collaborate across Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other internal or external stakeholders where product outcomes depend on multiple parties.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance and user behavior, and turn quantitative and qualitative signals into product decisions.
  • Lead product decision-making in critical or time-sensitive situations, and proactively identify and mitigate product, operational, and execution risks.
  • Communicate product direction, priorities, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with ownership of complex digital products from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Product management experience in fintech, cryptocurrency exchanges, trading, payments, banking, lending, investment, or other financial products.
  • Proven ability to independently identify problems, set product direction, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous and complex situations.
  • A data-informed mindset, with the ability to define meaningful metrics and use quantitative and qualitative evidence to guide decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and analytics or BI tools such as Metabase, with the ability to independently explore data and support product decisions.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to weigh trade-offs across customer needs, business impact, technical constraints, operational complexity, and risk.
  • Ability to work effectively with Engineering, with a solid understanding of software development and technical concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create alignment and influence decisions without formal authority.
  • A track record of shipping products or improvements with measurable customer or business impact.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with external partners, financial institutions, service providers, or complex third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with regulated financial environments and concepts such as risk, compliance, fraud, AML, or settlement.
  • Technical familiarity with APIs, backend systems, integrations, or financial infrastructure.
