شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Purpose:

BitPin is looking for an Art Director to lead the execution, evolution, and scalability of high-quality creative outputs across all marketing and digital touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance strong creative taste with execution speed, ownership, production management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Responsibilities:

Define and maintain BitPin’s visual direction and creative standards across all touchpoints.

Transform marketing and campaign briefs into impactful visual concepts and scalable executions.

Continuously improve BitPin’s creative output quality and execution standards.

Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team including Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, Illustrators, and Visual Designers.

Provide clear feedback and creative direction to both internal and freelance designers.

Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, SEO, Content, Growth, and other cross-functional teams to align creative execution with business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Art Director, Creative Lead, or Senior Designer in digital product, technology, branding, or startup environments.

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital design work.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, branding systems, and performance creative.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop creative teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

High attention to detail and strong visual judgment.

Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth startup environments is highly preferred.

Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
