Bitpin is looking for a Social Media Manager to own the brand's presence across social platforms and shape how millions of users experience Bitpin beyond the product. This role is responsible for turning Bitpin's social channels into a trusted source of market insight, education, culture, and conversation; not simply a content distribution channel. Working closely with the Brand & Communications Lead, you will define the social narrative, and ensure every piece of content strengthens Bitpin's brand and community.

Your Mission

Build Bitpin into the most trusted, relevant, and engaging crypto voice in the Persian-speaking market while preparing the brand for regional expansion.

Responsibilities

Social Strategy
Own Bitpin's social media strategy across all platforms.
Translate brand strategy into platform-specific communication plans.
Define quarterly social themes and campaigns.
Content Leadership
Lead the content planning process.
Ensure every piece of content supports a strategic objective.
Improve storytelling quality across channels.
Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Product Marketing and PR teams.

Community

Grow and nurture Bitpin's community.
Increase meaningful engagement rather than vanity metrics.
Monitor sentiment and community feedback.
Identify emerging conversations and trends.

Campaign Execution

Lead social execution for product launches.
Coordinate with Product Marketing.
Support integrated marketing campaigns.
Own social reporting including:
Engagement Quality
Community Growth
Share of Voice
Organic Reach
Content Performance
Social Assisted Acquisition
Brand Sentiment
Translate insights into action.

Requirements

Experience

5+ years in Social Media, Content or Community Marketing.
Experience leading creative or social teams.
Experience in fintech, crypto or technology is highly preferred.

Skills

Outstanding storytelling skills.
Excellent understanding of social-first content.
Strong editorial judgment.
Ability to balance creativity with data.
Familiarity with crypto culture and online communities.
Strong project management skills.
Experience working with designers and video teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with influencer programs.
Experience launching products through social.
Experience managing crisis communications.
Familiarity with crypto trading.
