شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Purpose:

To position Bitpin as a trusted and innovative brand in the crypto space by shaping its public image, building strong media relationships, and creating communication strategies that drive awareness, trust, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead Bitpin’s PR strategy aligned with brand goals and company vision.
Write and distribute press releases, media statements, and thought leadership articles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and crypto publications (both local and international).
Monitor public perception, industry trends, and competitor activities to propose timely PR campaigns.
Prepare key spokespeople (e.g. CEO, leadership) for interviews, panels, and media appearances.
Manage Bitpin’s reputation in times of crisis or high visibility moments.
Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Organize and manage press events, interviews, AMAs, and community-facing activities.
Track PR performance and prepare regular reports on media reach, sentiment, and coverage impact.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in PR, communications, or journalism, preferably in tech or crypto-related industries.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both English and Persian.
Strong relationships with media and influencers (especially in the tech/crypto space).
Ability to translate complex crypto topics into clear, engaging messages.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities.
Experience handling sensitive or crisis communications.
Knowledge of SEO, digital PR, and social media trends is a plus.
