شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Bitium, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales & Marketing Department and the broader team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In addition to administrative tasks, you will be responsible for submitting project proposals using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:
- Updating and maintaining databases and sheets
- Conducting different forms of data gathering on different required topics
- Utilize AI tools to generate project proposals and submit them via various lists of jobs.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, like email marketing, LinkedIn, etc.
Collaborate with other team members, including the CEO, Co-CEO, and CTO, to provide support with similar tasks as needed.
Help in the preparation of sales presentations, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office, and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
Proficient English skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Prior experience using AI tools and familiarity with the Blockchain ecosystem is a plus, but a deep curiosity for technology is essential.
