At Bitceptron, we’re building secure, scalable, and innovative solutions for the Bitcoin ecosystem using Rust, one of the most powerful and modern programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of developers, fostering growth and collaboration.
Architect Solutions: Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable systems in Rust.
Drive Innovation: Define and execute technical strategies aligned with our business goals.
Ensure Quality: Uphold best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends in blockchain and Bitcoin technologies.

Requirements:
Proven Experience: 5+ years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in Rust: Strong knowledge of Rust and system-level programming.
Bitcoin Knowledge: Solid understanding of Bitcoin fundamentals.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex challenges with a strategic mindset.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively lead and collaborate.
Passion for Innovation: A genuine interest in Bitcoin and decentralized technologies.
