We're on the hunt for a passionate and skilled leader to guide our Quality Assurance team to new heights. As our QA Team Lead, you'll be responsible for building, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing team of testers, ensuring the quality and functionality of our products exceed expectations.

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor: Build and foster a collaborative and high-performing QA team, providing guidance, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
Strategize and plan: Define QA methodologies, best practices, and testing strategies that align with product development goals.
Execute with excellence: Oversee the execution of test plans, identify and track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
Communicate effectively: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (devs, product, etc.) to advocate for quality and ensure clear communication.
Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively research and implement new testing tools and technologies.
Be a quality champion: Drive a culture of quality within the organization, promoting and enforcing quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience as a QA professional, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing QA teams.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, manual, automation).
Hands-on experience with various QA tools and technologies (e.g., Mochajs, K6, Cypress, Selenium ,Appium, Testigma, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Passionate about quality and a desire to continuously improve processes.
Experience in the Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies industry is a bonus point.
