شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:


  • Crafting the User Experience:
    • Write microcopy for interfaces, including labels, buttons, error messages, tooltips, and other user-facing elements.
    • Craft clear and concise content for onboarding journeys, in-app instructions, and user guidance.
    • Collaborate with designers, UX researchers and developers to ensure text seamlessly integrates with the visual experience.
  • Staying User-Centric:
    • Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and expectations.
    • Analyze user data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the user experience through writing.
    • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring all users have a positive experience.
  • Maintaining Brand Consistency:
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all products and platforms.
    • Develop and adhere to style guides and content guidelines.
    • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure alignment of messaging.
Requirements:


  • Writing Prowess:
    • Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and user-friendliness.
    • Ability to tailor writing style to different audiences and contexts.
    • Strong grammar and punctuation skills.
  • User Empathy:
    • Ability to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
    • Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis.
    • Passion for creating user-centered experiences.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech & Design Savvy:
    • Basic understanding of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
    • Basic understanding of how web-based platforms and mobile applications work.
    • Basic knowledge of using Microsoft office tools and Figma
