We are building an AI-First company focused on developing production-grade B2B AI Agents that help organizations automate complex workflows, improve efficiency, and transform the way businesses operate.

We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to lead the technical development of our agentic AI production. This role will own the core engineering challenges behind building intelligent, scalable, and reliable AI systems across agent architecture, orchestration, evaluation, and production deployment.

You will work at the intersection of LLMs, AI Agents, software engineering, automation, and enterprise workflows to build the foundation of future AI-powered business solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and build agent runtimes, planning systems, tool-use frameworks, memory systems, and multi-agent coordination.
Build robust AI agents with strong state management, failure handling, recovery mechanisms, and production-grade performance.
Develop systems for tracing, debugging, evaluating, and continuously improving agent behavior.
Optimize AI systems for scalability, latency, and efficient resource usage.
Integrate LLMs, APIs, external data sources, and enterprise systems into reliable AI workflows.
Define engineering standards and approaches for building, extending, testing, and maintaining AI agent systems.

Requirements

Experience or strong interest in Applied AI, AI Agents, LLM applications, and automation systems.
Experience building complex software systems, backend platforms, data-driven applications, or AI products.
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, APIs, software architecture, and AI workflows.
Ability to solve complex technical problems and build scalable production systems.
Product-oriented mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with ownership and fast execution.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Degree or research background in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields is a plus.
Graduates from leading universities such as Sharif University of Technology, University of Tehran, Amirkabir University of Technology, or Iran University of Science and Technology are encouraged to apply.
