Are you passionate about finance, communication, and building strong relationships?
We are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining transparent communication between our portfolio companies and their future investors. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for financial details, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts and corporate access teams.
• Prepare drafts of quarterly results statements, conference call scripts, Q&As, presentations and press releases.
• Develop and execute key investor seminars, conferences and road shows.
• Prepare, design and update presentations and communications materials for investor and analyst meetings, as well as for internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, develop and manage the production of the Annual and Sustainability report.
• Manage the investor relations calendar to include investor and analyst activities.
• Update investor relations information on our corporate website.
• Work closely and effectively with the Corporate Affairs team to produce, and assist in the development and delivery of, key messages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science or business.
• At least 1 years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a VC firm or in investment banking.
• Financial analysis and modeling skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and work well in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to product management or startups is a plus.
• Passion for technology and innovation.
• Enthusiasm for identifying new investment opportunities.
