Job Description
● Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
● Support the CMO in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
● Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels.
● Document process procedures and process flow, recommending any changes to make the process more efficient.
● Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creativity for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation.
● Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing the achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs.
● Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach the target audience through identified channels.
● Assist CMO and team in development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media, upsell, cross-sell, and sales enablement.
● Perform regular site visits, monitoring all ongoing maintenance/construction projects Perform market research, analysis, and testing using a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy.
● Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
● Past work experience as a marketing expert, specialist, coordinator, or similar role.
● Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
● Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
● Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
● Experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns.
● Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
● Experience planning and leading initiatives.
● Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
● Ideal age range: 25 to 32 years old.
