Job Description:
Lead and manage the Managed Service technical team and ensure effective task allocation and prioritization
Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback and coaching
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure services in line with defined SLAs
Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and deployment activities with minimal operational risk
Analyze service performance metrics and propose improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
Prepare analytical and performance reports for management
Lead technical decision-making in complex and critical situations
Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and service stability
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields
Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure and managed services
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of infrastructure concepts, system administration, and service operations
Familiarity with ITIL framework (ITIL4 preferred)
Experience with Linux environments (LPIC certification is a plus)
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of database concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents
