Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Specialist with a strong background in industrial automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and providing expert solutions tailored to customer needs in the automation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in industrial automation.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet client requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years of proven sales experience in the industrial automation sector.
Strong knowledge of automation systems, solutions, and technologies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a customer-oriented mindset.
