شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description

Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Influence and collaborate with others to drive continuous improvement.
Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
Responsible for the growth and development of new and existing Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Program Managers, delivery teams, and agile release trains while they transition to agile and apply best practices through continuous improvement.
Ensuring observance of DoD (Definition of done).

Requirements

Prior experience on a scrum team.
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.
Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not.
Experience with successful Agile techniques.
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience creating and managing project workflows, and prioritizing those projects leveraging collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Basecamp, Monday.com, etc.

شرکت بهسا (بهپرداز همراه سامانه اول) در تیرماه سال ۱۳۹۶ با مشارکت شرکت های ارتباطات سیار ایران (همراه اول) و بهپرداز جهان به صورت شرکت سهامی خاص ثبت گردید و فعالیت اجرایی خود را از ابتدای مرداد ماه همان سال آغاز نمود.مأموریت بهسا شامل تولید، تأمین، مدیریت و راهبری حوزه فناوری اطلاعات در صنعت مخابرات است که مشاوره، نظارت، مدیریت پیمان، تامین نرم افزار، سخت افزار و شبکه با تاکید بر رفع کامل نیازمندی‌های همراه اول را نیز دربرمی‌گیرد. همچنین شرکت بهسا در نظر دارد، تأمین بسترها و سرویس‌های ارزش افزوده را برای همراه اول انجام دهد.
