شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are searching for a UI/UX designer who can comprehend our business requirements and any technical constraints. They will also be tasked with conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journeys maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, as well as landing page design. Additionally, the UI/UX designer will be responsible for designing the overall functionality of the product and iterating upon it in accordance with user testing to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research to understand target users' needs, preferences, and struggles. Analyze data usage patterns and user feedback to advise design decisions.
Conceptualization and Wireframing: Generate wireframes and prototypes for visualizing dashboard layouts and interactions. Develop design concepts that align with user requirements and business objectives.
Prototyping and Testing: Produce interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Conduct usability testing to identify and resolve usability issues, refining designs accordingly.
Responsive Design: Ensure that dashboard designs are adaptable and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.
Documentation: Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design specifications for development teams.
Visual Information Architecture: Organize intricate data sets into logical and user-friendly visual information structures. Establish the hierarchy and arrangement of dashboard components to facilitate user understanding.
Visual Design: Create visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces that effectively convey complex data in a clear and understandable manner. Select suitable color palettes, typography, and iconography to enhance the user experience.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business partners to ensure synergy between design and technical aspects. Engage in cross-functional meetings and contribute to the overarching product strategy.

Requirements:

Proficient in Figma tool with hands-on experience.
Strong comprehension and application of analytics design principles and standard processes.
Capable of crafting appealing and functional designs while comprehending business objectives.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Invision Studio).
Skilled in documenting and aligning stakeholders' requirements and goals.
Experience in developing UI mockups and sketches that effectively illustrate component functionality.
Ability to create user personas and user journey maps.
Attention to detail and ability to focus on nuances while maintaining awareness of the broader context.
Proficiency in preparing and presenting designs/prototypes to internal teams and key partners.
Adaptability to adjust layouts based on user feedback.
Experience in designing icons, banners, and other graphical elements.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
