شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an individual who is a creative thinker, eager problem solver, and a good multi-tasker. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a creative field and agency environment and will be able to manage multiple projects at different phases simultaneously.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Translate brand objectives into designs that are clear, consistent, engaging and culturally relevant
  • Drive the creative process by presenting well-developed creative solutions that approach the problem differently and delivery strong brand identity
  •  Able to lead, art direct and produce a photo shoot working with outside photographers for brand campaigns
  •  Work collaboratively with the Social & Influencer Specialist across social media content to create a high standard of engaging assets
  • Possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end digital and retail design processes
  • Continually develop technical and interpersonal skills appropriate to the role
  • Able to work with different departments to maintain a consistently high output
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and last-minute changes
  • Ability to manage time independently and multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
  • Manage and execute digital and social projects in compliance with brand standards and business needs.
 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree and/or portfolio program degree
  • Minimum of 3 years graphic designer experience
  • 3D knowledge of Cinema 4D and drawing skills.
  • Must be fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
  • Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines
  • Curious, innovative, and always keen to test new ideas and ways of working
  • Creativity, attention to detail, team working, Flexibility and self-motivation
  • Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
