شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team and work on a Telecom CRM platform responsible for managing subscribers, SIM cards, devices, numbering, customers, and integration with telecom network systems. The ideal candidate has strong Go development skills, a good understanding of software architecture and databases, and an interest in working with telecom systems and network technologies.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go
Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations with external telecom systems
Work with PostgreSQL and design efficient, reliable database queries and transactions
Implement asynchronous and background processing using Go concurrency
Apply clean and maintainable software architecture principles
Implement authentication, authorization, and other application security mechanisms
Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing services
Write unit and integration tests and maintain code quality
Collaborate with other developers, DevOps, and telecom/network teams
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design decisions

Must-Have :

Go (Intermediate–Senior): solid experience with interfaces, dependency injection, error handling, contexts, goroutines, and testing
Clean / Hexagonal Architecture: understands separation of concerns and dependency boundaries
REST APIs: good understanding of HTTP, validation, pagination, and error handling
PostgreSQL: experience with relational database design, indexes, constraints, and query optimization
Transactions & Integrations: understands database transactions and challenges around external API calls
Application Security: practical knowledge of JWT, API keys and RBAC
Linux & Docker: comfortable working with Linux systems and docker
Git / GitLab: comfortable with branching, merge requests, and collaborative development

Nice to have

Experience with Go concurrency patterns and concurrent system design.
Knowledge of other programming languages in addition to Go.
Understanding of common design patterns and system architecture.
Experience with Redis. Experience integrating backend systems with network elements, charging systems, provisioning platforms, or telecom APIs.
Prior Telecom experience
Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ
Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture Experience working with Microservices
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or Jaeger Familiarity with Idempotency, Retry, Circuit Breaker, and Distributed Systems concepts

Working days and hours:

Saturday to Wednesday, 08:00 – 17:00 (with 1-hour flexible time)
