1. Familiarity with Exhibitions, Sand design and construction: Telemarketers with a background in international exhibitions are likely familiar with the dynamics of event marketing and having enough knowledge of Sand design and construction.

2. Excellent Communication Skills in English: Being able to possess strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with prospects over the phone.

3. Sales and Persuasion Skills: Being able to persuade potential customers, handle objections, and ultimately close sales.

4. Customer Focus: Being customer-centric, understanding the needs and concerns of potential clients.

5. Resilience and Persistence: Resilience and persistence are crucial traits for cold calling as the candidate should handle rejections positively.

6. Adaptability and Empathy: The ability to adapt to various scenarios, industries, and customer profiles is a valuable trait. And being empathetic is better at building rapport and trust.

7. Time Management: Telemarketers need to manage their time efficiently to reach a number of potential clients. Look for candidates who can prioritize tasks and handle multiple calls within a set timeframe/
