Job Description

Social Media Specialist Recruitment
Barooka Company is in search of a creative, energetic, and experienced Social Media Manager. We are seeking a professional female colleague who is passionate about the dynamic world of social media and capable of engaging with audiences through strategic planning and innovative actions.

Skills and Experiences:
Work Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in social media management.
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Expertise: Successful experience in managing and enhancing social media accounts, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
Communication Skills: Ability to create compelling and effective content that aligns with our brand.
Data Analysis: Skill in analyzing social media data and utilizing it to improve marketing strategies.
Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas to strengthen online presence and increase user engagement.
Interpersonal Skills: Capability to work closely with marketing and content production teams.

Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
Creating creative content aligned with brand goals.
Supervising activities and advertising campaigns on social media.
Managing pages and responding to messages.
Regularly updating social media accounts.
Analyzing and reporting the performance of campaigns and social media strategies.
Collaborating and coordinating fully with marketing and content production teams.
