شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our team and contribute to an existing software project.

The ideal candidate has solid experience with React.js, is comfortable working with code written by other developers, and can independently understand project requirements, navigate an existing codebase, and implement new features.

This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, attention to code quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other developers.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, improve, and extend an existing React-based application.
Understand the project's architecture, existing codebase, and technical dependencies.
Study requirements specification documents and translate them into functional software.
Develop clean, reusable, responsive, and maintainable frontend components.
Integrate frontend functionality with backend APIs and services.
Investigate, debug, and resolve issues across frontend and backend integrations.
Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistent implementation and code quality.
Follow established development practices while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend Development

Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive web development.
Understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and reusable UI components.
Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous requests, loading states, and errors.
Familiarity with TypeScript is highly desirable.

Existing Project Maintenance

Proven ability to understand, maintain, and extend an existing codebase developed by others.
Ability to work independently from requirements specifications and technical documentation.
Confidence in navigating unfamiliar code, identifying dependencies, and troubleshooting problems.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows, including branching and merging.

Backend & Full-Stack Knowledge

Good understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, and JSON.
Familiarity with backend architecture, server-side logic, and API integrations.
Basic understanding of relational databases, SQL, and general database concepts.
Understanding of authentication and authorization, including sessions, access tokens, and refresh tokens.
General familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Ability to investigate issues across frontend, API, authentication, and backend layers.

Software Engineering & Communication

Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of clean code principles, maintainability, and software development best practices.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation and detailed requirements.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, particularly when collaborating with other developers.

Nice to Have

Experience developing accessible user interfaces following WCAG and other web accessibility best practices.
Knowledge of a broad range of frontend and backend technologies.
Experience with different frameworks, programming languages, or technology stacks.
Familiarity with common web security principles and secure authentication practices.
Experience improving or modernizing legacy applications.
