شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand their technology needs and provide effective IT solutions.

- Lead IT projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

- Manage the IT team, providing guidance and support for professional development.

- Implement paperless automation systems to streamline processes and reduce reliance on traditional paper-based workflows.

- Lead the implementation and ongoing support of ERP software, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

- Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from internal and external datasets.

- Design and implement report dashboards for key stakeholders, providing real-time visibility into critical business metrics.

- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.

- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential IT-related risks.

- Establish and maintain service redundancy to ensure continuous and uninterrupted business operations.

- Implement and manage data backup solutions to safeguard critical company data.

- Develop and oversee disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in the event of system failures or unforeseen incidents.

- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with remote colleagues, fostering collaboration and maintaining communication channels.

 

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an IT Manager in a production and distribution company, preferably in FMCG.

- Strong understanding of ERP systems, supply chain management, production processes, distribution processes, paperless automation, and remote collaboration tools.

- Proficient in network administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, risk management, service redundancy, data backup, and disaster recovery.

- Proficient in data mining, BI dashboards, and forecasting algorithms.

- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful implementations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including remote colleagues.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
