Requirements

The Content Marketing Specialist is passionate about the Ashianahtadbirbanafsh brand while focusing on rapidly developing on-point marketing content that drives engagement across the entire portfolio.

Responsibilities include

Build, write, and/or edit the content that aligns with marketing campaign objectives and leads to revenue growth.
Content includes website landing pages, ad and product copy, emails, social media posts, newsletters, infographics, videos, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and more.
Capture customer insights through collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development to bring the voice of the customer to everything you do.
Assign projects and maintain communication with freelance writers and creative agencies to accelerate content development.
Own the development, maintenance, and communication of a content distribution calendar.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to get content to a published state.
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of published content.
Utilize market research to develop targets and define positioning in the market against competition.
Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize the quality, impact, and efficiency of marketing efforts and adjust appropriately.
Be a positive and engaged member of the marketing team and committed to sharing thoughts and best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3 years experience in a content marketing role, communications or journalism
Experience developing a website, video, and social media content
Experience developing content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Design background a plus
Proof of “default to done” mentality
Attention to detail
Startup experience is highly desirable
Creative thinker, solution-oriented, the budget focused, experienced working in a fast-paced/sales-driven environment, and adept with leadership and project management skills
Experience with marketing platforms (ex. HubSpot)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable marketing efforts
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create and deliver presentations
Experience working with 3rd party agencies
