We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to lead our content creation and strategy efforts. This role will be pivotal in shaping our brand’s voice and driving engagement through well-crafted written materials across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a seasoned writer with strong digital marketing expertise, exceptional English skills, and the ability to manage a team of remote content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:
Write and oversee the development of all written materials, including social media posts, blog articles, ad copies, newsletters, landing pages, and product descriptions.
Edit and proofread all materials to ensure they are error-free, consistent with the brand’s tone and style, and optimized for engagement.
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure targeted keywords are effectively integrated into blog posts and landing pages.

Documentation & Strategy Development:
Contribute to the development and documentation of core materials, including the content strategy, brand voice guidelines, and procedural documents.
Ensure all team members have access to and understand these documents to maintain consistency in messaging and processes.
Update and refine documentation as needed to align with evolving brand goals and marketing strategies.

Team Management:
Manage and oversee a team of remote, project-based content writers.
Review, edit, and provide constructive feedback on their work to ensure high-quality output.
Evaluate team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Coordinate content production workflows to ensure timely delivery and publication of all projects.

Content Strategy & Execution:
Assist in the development and execution of content strategies and campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with the social media and design teams to ensure all materials are publication-ready and visually aligned with brand standards.
Upload and format blog posts on WordPress, ensuring proper visuals, links, and SEO tags.

Digital Marketing Alignment:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overarching digital marketing campaigns and objectives.
Stay informed on digital marketing trends and leverage them to enhance content performance.
Ensure content resonates with audience personas and contributes to achieving marketing KPIs.
