شرح موقعیت شغلی


We are looking for an experienced highly motivated with attention to detail and an eye for beautiful, clean User Experience and Interfaces Designer. A designer who can produce end-to-end beautiful, intuitive interfaces throughout the entire design workflow from mapping user journeys into creating wireframes to high fidelity mockups. This role also includes sketching, user research, prototyping and user testing. You will be a key member of the design process team collaborating closely with the very best developers, engineers, business leadership and customers in the industry.
 
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with users, developers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end projects
• Apply business objectives into concepts and wireframes of intuitive design
• Maintain a design system UI design of application
• Visuals and graphics for our Mobile Application
• Create intuitive interfaces that demonstrate a strong understanding of use cases and user flows
• Translate findings into usable, useful, effective and efficient user experiences
• Prototypes and iterate designs to correct and optimize user flows
• Work closely with our development team to manage the design process, drive decisions, track design issues and ensure that design specifications are implemented
 
Requirements:
• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience (specially in Mobile Application)
• Strong portfolio of previous works (problem/solution, research, user-flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual concepts, style guides)
• Passion for data driven design decisions with the ability to receive feedback constructively
• Outstanding experience working with design tools such as Figma, XD and Illustrator
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and best practices
• Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
• Ability to receive constructive criticism to ultimately improve the end result
• Take initiative and ownership of responsibilities and deliverables
• Driven, ambitious and has a “roll up the sleeves” attitude towards work
