We're looking for a talented and experienced PHP Backend Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality web application using the Laravel framework. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, design and implement technical solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of our web applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel
Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design, write, and test clean, efficient, scalable, and secure code
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in web applications
Optimize web applications for performance and scalability
Implement secure coding practices to protect against vulnerabilities
Write clear and concise documentation for code
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in PHP and Laravel

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a PHP Backend Developer (2+ years)
Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
Good knowledge of the Laravel framework
Experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills and a passion for learning
Experience with unit testing frameworks (PHPUnit) is a plus
Experience working in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
