Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment process for operational roles, ensuring the placement of top talent aligned with our company’s goals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and supervisors , source and evaluate candidates and manage recruitment KPIs to drive efficiency.

Requirements:

Execute the entire recruitment process for operational roles, ensuring the hiring of qualified professionals.
Collaborate with hiring managers and Supervisors to identify job openings, skill requirements, and operational needs.
Source candidates through industry-specific platforms, job boards, referrals, and other innovative channels.
Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
Analyze applicants' qualifications and experiences to identify the best match for operational positions.
Work with hiring managers to gather consistent hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on influencing and persuading candidates.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools (ATS, HRM systems).
Familiar with different sourcing channels.
Familiar with recruitment processes like phone interviews, reference checks, and skill assessments.
Fast learner and eager to improve skills.
