Job Summary

We’re on the lookout for a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who’s not just skilled, but also genuinely excited about infrastructure, automation, and system reliability. If you love solving technical challenges, optimizing systems, and working closely with developers to ship reliable products, this might be your next role.

We're after someone who's into tech, loves figuring things out, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty—someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and building solid systems that just work.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain production systems and applications on a 24/7 basis.
Troubleshoot and fix system and network issues using common diagnostic tools.
Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and system operations.
Work closely with development teams to build and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications for performance and availability.
Analyze logs and system metrics to proactively spot and fix performance issues.
Apply security best practices, assist in system hardening and patch management.
Document processes, tools, architectures, and troubleshooting procedures for team reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Linux-based systems.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized workloads.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab CI.
Basic knowledge of system security and patch manage
Comfortable working with technical documentation in English.
Familiarity with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
Proficient with Nginx, Reverse Proxy, and Load Balancer configuration and management.
Familiarity with CDN technologies and underlying concepts.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with Prometheus & Grafana for monitoring and dashboarding.
Familiarity with EFK (Elasticsearch, Fluentd, Kibana) stack for log management.
Basic understanding of Java application deployment.
Exposure to Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
General-purpose programming skills are a strong plus.
