Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral. Your expertise in growth funnels and data-driven decision-making will shape our product roadmap and accelerate user adoption.

Product Roadmap:
Own and evolve the product roadmap through continuous market analysis. Prioritize initiatives and feature sets based on a balance of strategic value, technical feasibility, and customer impact, ensuring the development cycle consistently drives measurable growth.

Cultivate a culture of experimentation by utilizing A/B testing and advanced user analytics. Systematically identify and eliminate friction points within the customer journey to enhance retention, maximize conversion rates, and refine the overall product performance.
User Experience:
Partner closely with UX/UI design teams to cultivate an intuitive, frictionless interface. Champion a user-centric design philosophy that not only solves complex problems with elegance but also maximizes engagement and creates long-term brand loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the connective tissue across the organization, working in lockstep with engineering, marketing, market development, and executive leadership. Maintain alignment on product strategy, roadmap delivery, and performance KPIs to ensure that all teams are empowered to move toward unified business outcomes.
Product Strategy:
Define and articulate a clear, long-term product vision that aligns with broader business objectives. By synthesizing competitive intelligence, market trends, and internal capabilities, you will translate high-level goals into actionable strategies that differentiate the product and capture sustainable market share.
P&L Analysis & Financial Stewardship:
Manage the product as a business unit by conducting rigorous P&L analysis. Monitor key financial metrics—including customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and gross margins—to ensure product initiatives are delivering a healthy return on investment. Use these insights to make data-
Qualifications:
Experience:
4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or
e-commerce.
Proven success in driving growth via acquisition, activation, retention, and referral strategies.
Prior experience in a senior product role with a track record of influencing product strategy.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in data analytics tools.
Deep understanding of growth marketing, A/B testing, and data-driven product development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for mentoring and building high-performing, collaborative environments.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
