Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and curious Associate Product Manager to join our Support & Operations team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to learn product management while contributing to meaningful projects. You’ll work closely with senior PMs and cross-functional teams to support roadmap execution, gather feedback, and ensure high-quality delivery of features that improve customer support and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Execution Support:

Assist senior and junior PMs in documenting requirements, writing user stories, and maintaining the product backlog.

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and progress.

Research & Feedback Gathering:

Collect feedback from support agents, operations staff, and customers to identify common pain points.

Conduct basic competitive and market research to inform feature ideas.

Process & Tool Support:

Help test new features and ensure they meet acceptance criteria before launch.

Document workflows, FAQs, and product usage guides for internal teams.

Data & Reporting Assistance:

Support the tracking of support/operations KPIs (e.g., ticket resolution time, operational turnaround).

Prepare simple reports and summaries to help PMs make data-driven decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with engineering, design, and operations to coordinate on tasks and track progress.

Shadow senior PMs in stakeholder meetings to learn product communication best practices.

Qualifications:

0–1 year of experience (internships, projects, or coursework in product, support, operations, or business analysis are a plus).

Prior exposure to fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce is nice but not required.

Strong willingness to learn product management fundamentals.

Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with productivity tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, or similar).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
