شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research.
Design and execute research studies, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and field studies.
Identify user needs, behaviors, motivations, and pain points.
Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
Create research reports, personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts.
Support product discovery and validation efforts through continuous user feedback.
Advocate for user-centred design across the organization.
Build and maintain a research repository to ensure insights are accessible and reusable.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and survey design.
Ability to synthesise complex findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with product development and design processes.
Experience working with digital products, platforms, or SaaS solutions.
Proficiency in research and analytics tools is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience in FinTech, InsurTech, Marketplace, or Platform products.
Familiarity with behavioral research methods and experimentation.
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.

کار ما اینه که به آدما کمک کنیم که با مقایسه کردن بهترین تصمیم رو بگیرن.
ما با هم داریم یک بیزینس رو حرکت می‌دیم و این فرصت رو داریم که اینجا ایده‌هامون رو اجرا کنیم، با کنجکاوی توی ازکی گشت و گذار کنیم، تکه‌های این کشتی بزرگ و کشتی خودمون رو با تخصصمون بهتر کنیم یا از نو بسازیم.
