شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Azki Seller, We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure chapter, led by our DevOps Chapter Lead. This role is focused entirely on on-premises infrastructure — not cloud-based. You will be responsible for maintaining, automating, and improving our internal systems, CI/CD pipelines, virtualization layers, and application delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain on-premises infrastructure including servers, networking, and storage
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
Administer and maintain Linux servers (Ubuntu / Debian) including performance tuning, security hardening, and patch management
Manage VMware virtualization environments including VM provisioning, snapshots, resource allocation, and HA configuration
Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases in collaboration with backend teams (backup, replication, performance tuning)
Build and manage Docker containerization for .NET Core backend applications
Support and maintain React frontend deployment pipelines and static asset delivery
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for all on-prem services using Prometheus and related tooling
Integrate and maintain JFrog Artifactory or Nexus Repository for internal package and artifact management
Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts (Bash, Ansible, Python, etc.)
Collaborate closely with development teams to improve deployment workflows and system reliability
Debug and troubleshoot web-based applications across the full stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure layer)
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
Document infrastructure architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures

Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.
Proficiency in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, and Ansible.
Experience designing high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) architectures.
Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable solutions.
