About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Learning & Development Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating learning programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees.

You’ll play a key part in supporting our company’s strategic goals by empowering our people to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps.
Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions, including e-learning courses and instructor-led sessions.
Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training vendors and content providers.
Facilitate dynamic and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels (onboarding, leadership, soft skills, compliance, and systems training).
Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials preparation, and venue coordination.
Administer and maintain the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) — upload content, assign courses, track completion, and generate reports.
Analyze training metrics and feedback to continuously improve program quality, relevance, and impact.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Training Coordinator, or a similar role.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to learning design.
Passion for people development and continuous learning.

کار ما اینه که به آدما کمک کنیم که با مقایسه کردن بهترین تصمیم رو بگیرن.
ما با هم داریم یک بیزینس رو حرکت می‌دیم و این فرصت رو داریم که اینجا ایده‌هامون رو اجرا کنیم، با کنجکاوی توی ازکی گشت و گذار کنیم، تکه‌های این کشتی بزرگ و کشتی خودمون رو با تخصصمون بهتر کنیم یا از نو بسازیم.
