شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

Own the continuous improvement of our insurance renewal operation by identifying growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and customer pain points.
Analyze operational and customer data using SQL and BI tools to uncover actionable insights that improve conversion, productivity, and customer experience.
Listen to customer calls and review agent interactions to identify patterns, friction points, best practices, coaching opportunities, and process improvements.
Combine quantitative analysis with qualitative customer insights to identify high-impact opportunities.
Design, prioritize, and run experiments to improve renewal conversion rates, agent performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Translate insights into clear recommendations and business cases backed by data.
Drive projects proactively by aligning stakeholders, removing blockers, following up relentlessly, and ensuring successful execution.
Challenge existing processes and build scalable solutions rather than temporary fixes.

Requirements

Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into practical business actions.
Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and leading improvement initiatives.
Ability to derive meaningful insights from both data and customer conversations.
Experience designing, running, and evaluating experiments or continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business impact.
Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
Project management skills with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
A high level of ownership—you don't stop at identifying problems; you make sure they're solved.
Comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Data, and frontline teams to drive change.
Curious, proactive, and persistent, with a bias for action and a passion for continuous improvement.

کار ما اینه که به آدما کمک کنیم که با مقایسه کردن بهترین تصمیم رو بگیرن.
ما با هم داریم یک بیزینس رو حرکت می‌دیم و این فرصت رو داریم که اینجا ایده‌هامون رو اجرا کنیم، با کنجکاوی توی ازکی گشت و گذار کنیم، تکه‌های این کشتی بزرگ و کشتی خودمون رو با تخصصمون بهتر کنیم یا از نو بسازیم.
