شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a People & Organizational Development Specialist to drive initiatives that enhance employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs, talent development, and change management initiatives that align with our company’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in creating career development plans and succession programs.
• Facilitate change management efforts, including communications and training.
• Create and deliver learning programs that meet employee and business needs, using formats such as workshops, virtual classrooms, e-learning, and blended learning.
• Promote practical, accessible, and career-aligned development opportunities across the organization to help foster a learning-first mindset.
• Design and implement performance management programs to ensure that employees are meeting performance standards and goals.
• Use data analytics to track key metrics and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial engineering, Master of Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or HR-related roles.
• Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies, employee engagement strategies, and change management principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence leadership.

ما با هم داریم یک بیزینس رو حرکت می‌دیم و این فرصت رو داریم که اینجا ایده‌هامون رو اجرا کنیم، با کنجکاوی توی ازکی گشت و گذار کنیم، تکه‌های این کشتی بزرگ و کشتی خودمون رو با تخصصمون بهتر کنیم یا از نو بسازیم.
