شرح موقعیت شغلی

On Azki.com we sell insurance policies online and offline. We have a large number of transactions with customers and insurers and like every online transactional marketplace, we have some discrepancies, data missing, and inefficiency in our process. Furthermore, offline, traditional and manual connections with insurance companies bring much more difficulties with the validation, accuracy and consistency of our financial data and the changeability of financial processes. In order to make sure we have sound and solid financial processes that continuously perform well and produce reliable data we need a “go-getter” process engineer in our financial team to do the following jobs:

Definition and documentation of financial processes:

Detect and define financial processes (workflow and data flow)
Clarify and document financial processes totally and with step-by-step details
Provide up-to-date documentation about workflows, data flows and operating instructions
Develop and upgrade the definition and documentation of existing processes to resolve emerging needs and jobs

Performance evaluation of processes:

Define process controls and KPIs
Measure, monitor and control financial process KPIs
Define and measure risk factors of financial processes
Design and run process tests

Process optimization:

Simplify and standardize existing processes
Diagnose financial processes and troubleshoot systemic errors and inefficiencies
Recommend and assist in the deployment of best practices in job handling
Use online and digital tools and lead initiatives for the automation and integration of financial processes
Implement continuous improvement practices and framework within the Finance team

Qualifications:

BS in (industrial) engineering
3+ working experience as a process engineer, optimizer, controller or manager
Working experience in a fast-paced service industry and preferably a start-up environment
Great understanding of business and system dynamics and can dive deep into mechanism of different functions and systems
Experienced in process modeling, simulation and visualization
Hands-on experience with BPMS tools (Business Process Management Systems)
Awesome documentation, classification and presentation skills
Good data analysis skills with related tools like Excel, SQL and BI tools
