شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Strategic Project Coordinator in Azki, You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

You will also following up several management meetings.

Responsibilites

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Properly escalate appropriate issues
Create templates and spreadsheets in Excel
Meeting Organization -- This includes, but is not limited to, drafting meeting invitations, confirming attendance, booking conference spaces, reserving and operating audiovisual equipment, copying and distributing meeting materials, ordering catering, and setting up and closing meeting spaces
Plans and develops programs, services and related events to meet established goals, objectives and timeliness
Assist Strategy in the development of compelling sales proposals and presentations for clients
Work to improve internal communication

Job requirements

کار ما اینه که به آدما کمک کنیم که با مقایسه کردن بهترین تصمیم رو بگیرن.
ما با هم داریم یک بیزینس رو حرکت می‌دیم و این فرصت رو داریم که اینجا ایده‌هامون رو اجرا کنیم، با کنجکاوی توی ازکی گشت و گذار کنیم، تکه‌های این کشتی بزرگ و کشتی خودمون رو با تخصصمون بهتر کنیم یا از نو بسازیم.
