In Azki, you can create the impact you want, to make it cool for our users. As a Product Designer, you’ll work in cross-functional teams, partnering with UX researchers, product managers, data analysts, engineers, and business managers.
We need you to solve problems while considering user needs and in a complete cycle that starts with discovery and ends with measuring the impact.

Responsibilities:

Understand the business and customer requirements and implement them in your designs.
Create documentation (user flows, journey maps, wireframes, etc.) to help facilitate the design process.
Create prototypes to test and validate assumptions if needed.
Solicit & participate in design critique sessions with other designers.
Work closely with the UXR team to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and be able to work efficiently with data analysts and CRO to get the needed data.
Deliver a smooth and precise hand-off experience to the engineers.
Measure your impact and solutions and be ready for your next step.

Requirements:

Have a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving approach.
Be familiar with using and contributing to Design Systems.
Have extra attention to detail and craft a world-class product experience.
Be proficient with UI design and prototyping tools (ex: Figma, Protopie, etc.)
Understand technical implications and business requirements in design decisions.
Know the primary UX and product metrics and the way to use them.
Have experience with the basics of experimentation.
We expect you to have solid time management and prioritization skills.

ما حاصل ایده‌ای هستیم که سال ۹۵ شکل گرفت؛ «بیمیتو» که چند سال بعد با «ازکی» ادغام شد و با اسم Azki.com به حرکت خودش ادامه داد. شروع تاریخ ما از دنیای «مقایسه و خرید آنلاین بیمه بوده و صنعت بیمه رو هم سال‌ها پیش دریانورد‌ها استارت زدن. ما در ازکی شبیه دریانوردهایی هستیم که صاحب کشتی‌چه‌های خودمونیم و با همدیگه کشتی بزرگ‌تری رو دنبال خودمون می‌کشونیم. این کشتی بزرگ و غول‌پیکر یعنی ازکی!
کار ما اینه که به آدما کمک کنیم که با مقایسه کردن بهترین تصمیم رو بگیرن.
ما با هم داریم یک بیزینس رو حرکت می‌دیم و این فرصت رو داریم که اینجا ایده‌هامون رو اجرا کنیم، با کنجکاوی توی ازکی گشت و گذار کنیم، تکه‌های این کشتی بزرگ و کشتی خودمون رو با تخصصمون بهتر کنیم یا از نو بسازیم.
