We're Hiring: Senior Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our social media presence for an established healthcare business serving English-speaking international markets.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can independently manage everything from strategy to execution, content creation, advertising, analytics, and growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Produce high-quality graphics, short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
Create AI-generated videos and visual content using modern AI tools.
Write compelling English copy for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid social media campaigns.
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), including audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, budget management, and performance optimization.
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition through data-driven marketing strategies.
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members when required while remaining capable of producing content independently.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience managing the complete social media marketing function from strategy through execution.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising).
Experience creating professional content, including graphics, videos, reels, and AI-generated media.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Proven experience working with businesses in English-speaking countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar AI content creation platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines.
Healthcare Marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare or medical marketing.
Familiarity with WordPress and landing page optimization.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
