Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled digital marketing specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales for our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising, as well as a background in ed-tech or digital publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

- Plan and execute successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising, as well as email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.

- Conduct research on target audiences and market trends to inform campaign strategies and messaging.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

- Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies as needed.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and proactively recommend new approaches to improve our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising.

- Experience in the ed-tech or digital publishing industry is preferred.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEM, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex digital marketing concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Fluent in English (written and conversation).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with SaaS products.

- Experience with AB testing and conversion rate optimization.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with website optimization.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
