We are looking for a Scrum Master to support multiple product development teams, facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and help teams continuously improve their performance and delivery outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a proactive facilitator and coach who can effectively work across teams, manage dependencies, foster collaboration, and contribute to building a strong Agile culture within the organization.
Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support and coordinate 2–3 product development teams simultaneously.
Monitor team health and delivery performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Team Leads, and other stakeholders.
Ensure Agile principles, Scrum practices, and team agreements are consistently followed.
Manage dependencies across teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor project progress, delivery risks, and execution challenges.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Track and improve Agile metrics and team performance indicators.
Coach team members on Agile mindset, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Support release planning and roadmap delivery.
Contribute to the adoption and maturity of Agile practices across the organization.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Proven experience supporting multiple development teams simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of Scrum Framework and Agile principles.
Familiarity with Kanban and other Agile frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Ability to analyze Agile metrics and present actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
Coaching and mentoring mindset with the ability to guide teams toward continuous improvement.
Strong ownership and accountability.
Ability to influence and align teams without direct authority.

Nice to Have
PSM, CSM, or equivalent Scrum certification.
Experience in product-based companies.
Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
