شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Avan Dade Pardaz, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and support the execution of people strategies across teams.

In this role, you will act as a key partner to managers, helping them address organizational, team, and people-related challenges. You will ensure alignment between business needs and HR practices, and contribute to building effective, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and business leaders to understand team needs and support people-related decisions.
  • Provide guidance on HR topics including performance, engagement, development, and employee relations.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational structuring based on business priorities.
  • Drive performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation cycles.
  • Support talent management activities such as talent reviews, succession planning, and development discussions.
  • Identify organizational and team-related challenges and work with stakeholders to address them effectively.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure alignment between hiring needs and business requirements.
  • Analyze people data and provide insights to support better decision-making.
  • Support employee relations cases and ensure fair, consistent handling of HR matters.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and tools.
  • Support change initiatives across teams when needed.
Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions (performance, recruitment, talent management, employee relations).
  • Experience working closely with managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Good understanding of organizational dynamics and team structures.
  • Experience working in technology-driven or fast-growing organizations.
