We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to support and execute core HR operations and administrative processes. In this role, you will be responsible for personnel administration, payroll-related processes, employment contracts, labor law compliance, insurance administration, and HR reporting while ensuring operational accuracy and an excellent employee experience.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of labor regulations, payroll processes, HR administration, and HR operations, with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration processes, including issuing employment-related documents and personnel records.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage employment contracts and related documentation.
- Calculate, verify, and report employee attendance, working hours, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate HR administrative correspondence and official documentation.
- Manage employee supplementary insurance processes and related requests.
- Execute employee offboarding and final settlement procedures.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR operational and payroll-related reports.
- Manage Social Security insurance registration, updates, and related administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, Social Security regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support other HR initiatives and operational projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel Administration, Payroll, or a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment contracts, HR administration, and personnel affairs.
- Solid understanding of compensation and payroll processes.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, Social Security regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience preparing payroll inputs, attendance reports, and HR operational reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with attendance and time management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or attendance management systems.
- Familiarity with HR reporting and HR analytics.
- Experience working in fast-paced and technology-driven organizations.
- Understanding of broader HR processes beyond HR Operations.
