شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to build and manage DotOne’s compensation, benefits, payroll-related processes, and people operations infrastructure.

This role will play a key role in designing scalable compensation structures, benefits processes, and employee administrative operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a strong employee experience.

The ideal candidate is process-oriented, detail-focused, analytical, and comfortable building operational foundations from scratch.


Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Rewards

  • Design and maintain compensation structures across roles and levels
  • Support salary benchmarking and market analysis
  • Build salary bands and compensation frameworks
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions
  • Support annual salary review and bonus cycles

Benefits Administration

  • Manage employee benefits and related operational processes
  • Review and improve benefit offerings based on organizational needs
  • Support employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Coordinate payroll-related processes with finance/payroll teams
  • Manage salary slips, advances, final settlements, and related employee requests
  • Ensure accurate employee records and documentation
  • Support contract preparation, renewals, amendments, and HR documentation

Policy & Process Development

  • Design and standardize HR operational policies and procedures
  • Improve efficiency and employee experience in people operations workflows
  • Build scalable operational processes for growing teams

Job Grading Support

  • Partner with OD and HR leadership on grading and leveling frameworks
  • Translate organizational levels into compensation bands and reward structures


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or People Operations
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices and payroll operations
  • Experience building or improving HR operational processes
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • High attention to detail and process ownership mindset
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance and leadership teams
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience in fast-growth or startup environments is a plus
