We are looking for a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to help design and build scalable people processes across DotOne.
This role will be responsible for strengthening organizational effectiveness through designing and implementing core OD initiatives including performance management, learning & development, talent development, organizational structure, career frameworks, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate is passionate about building systems from scratch, creating structure in fast-paced environments, and enabling teams and managers to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development & Process Design
Design and improve organizational processes that increase effectiveness, clarity, and scalability
Identify organizational gaps and recommend practical solutions
Build and document people-related workflows, policies, and frameworks
Partner with leaders to improve team effectiveness and organizational health
Performance Management
Design and manage performance review cycles
Build goal-setting and performance evaluation frameworks
Support managers in performance conversations, feedback culture, and development planning
Track performance-related insights and recommend improvements
Learning & Development
Assess organizational learning needs
Design and execute training programs for employees and managers
Build onboarding and development journeys
Manage internal and external learning initiatives
Career Framework & Talent Development
Develop job architecture, leveling, and career progression frameworks
Build competency models for key functions
Support succession planning and talent development initiatives
Create growth and development pathways across teams
Organizational Effectiveness
Analyze data and feedback to identify development opportunities
Drive initiatives that improve productivity, employee capability, and operational maturity
Support change management and organizational transformation projects
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, or related HR functions
Strong understanding of performance management and talent development practices
Experience designing HR processes and frameworks from scratch
Experience working in fast-paced or scaling organizations is a strong plus
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability
