شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to help our VOD team leverage the latest AI technologies to improve workflows, automate processes, and build innovative AI-powered solutions.

This role will play a key part in identifying opportunities, designing AI-driven workflows, and delivering end-to-end AI projects using both cloud-based and locally deployed AI models. You will stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and help transform business needs into practical AI solutions.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly curious, continuously learning, and experienced in delivering AI projects from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solutions Development

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI solutions for internal products and business processes
Evaluate business requirements and identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies
Build AI-powered workflows using modern LLMs, automation platforms, and AI tools
Deliver AI projects from ideation through deployment and optimization

AI Tools & Platforms

Work with leading online AI platforms and large language models
Deploy and utilize local AI models and self-hosted AI environments when required
Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend the best solutions based on business needs
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and AI ecosystems

Automation & Optimization

Automate repetitive workflows using AI and no-code/low-code automation platforms
Improve team productivity by integrating AI into day-to-day operations
Optimize prompts, workflows, and AI outputs for accuracy and efficiency

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements
Present AI capabilities and recommend practical use cases
Document AI solutions, best practices, and implementation guidelines
Provide knowledge sharing and guidance on AI adoption across the organization

Requirements

Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI projects for personal, freelance, or organizational use
Strong knowledge of modern AI tools, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Hands-on experience with both cloud-based AI platforms and locally deployed AI models
Familiarity with AI automation workflows and prompt engineering
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to quickly learn and evaluate emerging AI technologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio or demonstrable AI projects is required
Experience with Python, AI frameworks, or automation platforms is a strong plus
Experience working in media, streaming, or VOD environments is a plus
