We are looking for an exceptional Senior/Lead Backend (Nodejs) Developer to join our E-commerce team. This role will be focused on making sure our work meets the highest level of quality. The role requires hands-on software development skills, deep technical expertise across the entire software delivery process.

Job Description:

Ability to manage teams

DevOps skills and substantial experience with the micro service and modular paradigms
Maintaining a reliable roadmap for the project
Good knowledge and experience in Devops
Experiment with new technologies to make sure we can scale for the future.
Strong programming (JavaScript and/or other related programming language
Expert in full-stack development, including REST API’s, and microservices that interact with other systems.
Delivery of high quality & production ready code is high priority for you
You consider yourself as someone who is ready to look for innovative solutions
Learning technologies and expanding your skillset is always on your mind

Responsibilities

What you will do:

Partner with your peers in Product, Design, Scrum Masters and technology to innovate on current and future product offerings
Create and maintaining technical documentation
Participate in meaningful and thorough code reviews
Ensure performance, quality and responsiveness of the application
Collaborate with the team to ship new features rapidly
Lead a team of onsite developers. Provide guidance on technologies, architectural patterns, and frameworks

Qualifications

Required Skills and Competencies:

Minimum of 5+ years of developing experience is required.
Effective communication skills, especially with the Kuwait office. He/ She needs to constantly elicit necessary information regarding the project's scope of work
Fluency in English is a must
Practical experience in building web apps for performance, scalability, security, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices
Experience in working in Agile (SCRUM) methodology
Being a quick starter
Qualified candidate will invite to take a technical test for this position
