شرح موقعیت شغلی

In this UX researcher role, you'll have the chance to explore customer experiences and uncover the aspects that truly resonate with them. You'll interact with a diverse array of customers and users. We value your innovative approaches to customer experience research and will equip you with the necessary resources to execute them.

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research using various methodologies.
Manage the entire research process, from participant acquisition to test plan development.
Proactively engage with project and product teams, promoting user research across the organization.
Develop a process to create UX and business metrics for data collection and tracking.
Establish a centralized User Research Knowledge Repository for insight collection, annotation, and sharing.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Figma.
2+ years of professional, multi-device CX or UX research experience.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods & tools (e.g. surveys, card sorting, and usability tests).
Exceptional analytical skills. Able to take a variety of primary and secondary source materials such as site analytics, survey results, user sessions, industry reports, and best practices to craft actionable recommendations.
Excellent presentation & documentation skills.
Curious and creative; enjoy complex issues and problem-solving.
Great interpersonal skills and clear communication.
