Legal Assistant is required

Qualifications

1) Ability to multi-task to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment and multiple priorities
2) Excellent word processing skills
3) English language working knowledge

Responsibilities

1) Provides administrative support to the legal team
2) Assists in organizing work schedule by maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
3) Assists legal team with non-client matters, which may include miscellaneous work, generated from outside activities and "pro bono" legal work
4) Assumes additional responsibilities as requested
5) Displays professionalism, quality service and a "can do" attitude to internal members/departments of the Firm as well as external clients and vendors via electronic and print correspondence, over the telephone and in-person
