AsiaStartUp is a fast-growing start-up that provides innovative web solutions for its customer. We are on a mission to make digital products more accessible, transparent, and user-friendly for everyone. We are looking for a talented Product Designer with 4+ years of professional experience to join our team and help us create stunning and intuitive web applications.
As a Product Designer at AsiaStartUp, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces that meet user and business needs, as well as following our brand guidelines and best practices. You will work closely with our development and product teams to understand the requirements and translate them into engaging and effective designs. You will also create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate user flow and interaction clearly. You will use Figma as your main tool for designing and prototyping.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio of professional design projects that highlight your UX & UI skills and creativity. You should be familiar with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and quality.

Responsibilities

Develop UI mock-ups and prototype the ideas clearly to show feature functions.
Collaborate with product and development teams to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate user flow and interaction.
Be sure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and provide a cohesive user experience.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement. innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
Portfolio of design projects
Knowledge of design tools (Our main tool is Figma)
Team spirit; effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skills
Understanding the major UI/UX Design Principals
